We bring decades of experience across retail, consumer products, hospitality, and small-business environments — building, scaling, and revitalizing brands at every stage. Our work spans the full commercial ecosystem, including merchandising, operations, product development, sales, and business strategy.
Our team is led by founder Linda Voracek, a seasoned retail and consumer-brand executive with more than 30 years of experience. Together, we’ve launched thousands of SKUs, shaped category strategies for billion-dollar retailers, and supported founders through the “messy middle” — where great products often stall without the right structure and clarity.

Linda Voracek, Founder and Managing Partner
After decades working across retail, consumer products, and small-business hospitality and tourism, I started my own company to do what I love most: help people navigate complex business challenges with clarity and confidence.
My career spans senior leadership roles across retail and consumer businesses, including Chief Merchant, Chief Operator, Head of Product Development, VP of Merchandising, and VP of Sales and Business Development. I’ve worked across grocery, beauty, specialty retail, hospitality, and small-town commerce — launching thousands of brands, leading teams of 10 to 150 people, owning and operating a café and motel, and even running a general store.
Beyond business, I’m a certified emergency medical responder, a nonprofit board leader, and an economic development advocate. I’ve also taught as an adjunct university professor and continue to build and advise lifestyle and consumer brands.
My approach is simple: practical, personal, and value-driven. I’ve been in your shoes — needing clear advice, extra hands, and forward momentum without layers of bureaucracy. That’s where we shine.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me golfing, hiking, working out, reading, wine or bourbon tasting, spending time with my husband, friends, and family, watching far too many home-improvement shows, and being a proud dog mom to an Aussie and a German.
